Alerus Center
Alerus Center The Alerus Center is the largest sports, convention and entertainment facility of its kind in the upper Midwest. It boasts adjustable concert seating for anywhere from 2,000 to 21,000 people. This state-of-the-art facility has more than 145,000-square feet available for banquets, meetings, and exhibits with a variety of powerful sound system and presentation hook-ups. The Alerus Center also houses a dozen conference rooms and a 25,588-square-foot ballroom. Able to accommodate a variety of sporting events, the Alerus Center is home to the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux Football team and hosts soccer, wrestling, basketball, monster trucks, rodeos, and Super Snowcross. This remarkable facility has the capacity to host local, regional and national sporting events. Behind the Scenes Locker rooms are dividable into four 25-locker sections. There are dressing rooms for coaches and officials, 18 luxury VIP suites, eight concessions stands, two vending stands, 14 ticket windows and four merchandise stands.
