Creative Writing Class 03/13/23

Over the course of four sessions, we will play with language in order to write poems. Additionally, we will look at model poems as a means to writing our own work. Participants do not need any background in writing and should come ready to try out ways of generating content. The sessions will build on one another, but participants are welcome to attend however many sessions they wish. Nancy Devine is an experienced teacher and writer whose poetry, short fiction and essays have appeared in “Bellevue Literary Review,” and “Stirring: A Literary Collection,” among others. She is the author of two published chapbooks of poetry and is a three-time Pushcart Prize nominee.
