Join Mayor Brown and the City of Grand Forks as they celebrate the work of Carolyn Meisel, an artist and retired counselor. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts and a Master's degree in Counseling at the University of North Dakota. Carolyn was born in Chicago, Illinois. She, her husband Jim and the family dog Skipper live in Grand Forks.
Meisel's work will be available for public viewing, at City Hall, during normal business hours. All works are available for purchase and will be on display until January.
