Here are just some of the restaurants and stores that have recently sprung up in our Forks: ROSS Dress for Less, Harbor Freight, PetSmart, Ann Love Boutique, Thai Hot Sushi & Thai Food, Vinyl Taco and Bully Brew Eastside Coffeehouse.

Of course, we still have all your old favorites, as well. Visit Grand Forks invites everyone to come join us for a fun little getaway filled with great food, even greater bargains and some of the coziest places around to stay. Itinerary of Stores & Restaurants

Here’s a sample itinerary of how to spend one grand day in our two Forks.

9 AM: Enjoy a steamy, creamy caramel latte and warm from the oven sweet roll served up by the friendly baristas at Bully Brew Coffeehouse in Downtown East Grand Forks.
10 AM: Cross the bridge and do some unique boutique shopping at Ann Love, Kittsona, RH Standard, Badman Design, Voxxy and many others located in Downtown Grand Forks.
1 PM: Enjoy a spicylicious lunch and cool cocktail creation off the Thai Hot lunch specials menu (11 AM to 3 PM). I highly recommend the Basil & Chili Chicken, which comes with jasmine rice, a spring roll and soup…all for just $7.99.
3 PM: Head to our Southside and hit up big box stores like ROSS, TJ Maxx, Kohls, Gordmans, Hobby Lobby and Super Target. Our regionally owned SCHEELS store located in Columbia Mall is also a must-stop shop. It’s filled with stylish clothing for the whole family, plus top of the line sporting equipment and fun games like a single lane bowling alley, 5-sport simulator, Big Buck Hunter shooting range and more.
7 PM: For those over 21, Vinyl Taco is an awesome spot to dine and unwind. Their freshly made chips ‘n guac, street tacos and margaritas are some of the tastiest you’ll find this side of the border.
9 PM: Head back to your hotel room, maybe take a late-night dip in the pool or hot tub, then snuggle into a comfy bed to recoup and revive for day #2 tomorrow.
