The Frozen Feat is a toe numbing 5K/10K walk/run held in the heart of winter in the Red River Valley, challenging your layering abilities. This event is focused on raising awareness of mental health challenges many are facing and raising funds to support the Access for All Scholarship Fund, a fund that provides access to mental health and counseling services for students in grades K-12 in the Grand Forks school system.

AND!!! The Lovebird Division is back! To participate in the Lovebird Division, you must be 18 or older, dating or married. Questions? Reach out to Dick at 701.775.1115.

  • 7:30 to 8:45 AM ~ Day of Packet Pickup/On-Site Registration @The Blue Moose
  • 9 AM ~ 10K Start
  • 9:15 AM ~ 5K Start
  • 10:15 AM ~ Awards (in the Back 40 of The Blue Moose)
