Hold Me Tight® for Therapists (relationship education workshop)

If you are a mental health professional and want to build emotional connection with your partner, this weekend workshop is for you!

For perspective, 14 hours of work in couples therapy would cost nearly $3000. Although HMT is not couples therapy, for less than what 4 couples therapy sessions would cost, you can learn skills to have relationship conversations leading to meaningful change.

Our transformational Hold Me Tight® relationship education workshops are taught by experienced therapists trained in the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model. We create space for you and your partner to have 7 impactful conversations that are specifically curated to strengthen emotional closeness, intimacy, and safety within your relationship.

Led by Dave Jackson, PhD, LP, Certified EFT Therapist & Supervisor and Katya Mickelson, PhD, Psychology Resident.

Each module has 3 parts: teaching (learning about the module content from instructors), practicing (private space to practice the conversation with your partner), and debriefing (large group discussion with other couples and questions answered by the instructors).
