May Celebrate the Neighborhood Contest: Early Blooms & Signs of Spring

Join us for UPN's monthly "Celebrate the Neighborhood" photo contest! Supported by local businesses (Home of Economy, Empire Art and Urban Stampede), we aim to showcase our neighborhood's beauty and raise awareness of positive initiatives on the north side of Grand Forks. May's theme is "Early Blooms/Early Signs of Spring!"
