Special Olympics North Dakota POLAR PLUNGE

There will be five North Dakota Polar Plunges (Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot, and Williston organized by Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics North Dakota in 2023. Participants collect pledges from friends, family, and the community for the opportunity to jump into freezing water. To have the privilege to plunge, participants raise a minimum of $100, which covers the entry fee and the Polar Plunge first incentive prize.

The Polar Plunge includes a number of fun contests (which are free for participants to compete in) including the following: Best Costume, Youngest Plunger, Most Money raised by an Individual, Most Money raised by a Team. and best Belly Flop!
