University Village

The University of North Dakota Bookstore, located next to the Ralph Engelstad Arena, is the anchor for "University Village" currently being developed. The area already includes a mini-maill, bank, gas station/convenience store, retail shops, services and townhomes, with more projects on the drawing board.
