The KEM Shrine Potato Bowl Parade rolls down Demers Avenue, connecting downtown Grand Forks and East Grand Forks with a vibrant lineup of floats, classic cars, marching bands, Shriners and community groups. The route fills with color, music and hometown pride as spectators pack the sidewalks and Potato Bowl spirit takes over both sides of the river.
