Welcome to the 2026 Scheels Boundary Battle Catfish Tournament, now entering its twelfth year on the legendary Red River of the North! Anglers from across the region will converge on Grand Forks, North Dakota and East Grand Forks, Minnesota for a two‑day, two‑stretch challenge on June 26–27, 2026, with the field capped at 50 boats and $9,500 in prize money on the line.

This unique format sends teams to a different section of river each day, testing skill, strategy, and stamina. Friday’s weigh‑in takes place at the Whopper John Little (North Landing) in Grand Forks, while Saturday’s weigh‑in moves across the river to LaFave Park in East Grand Forks.

Each team will bring in three fish: two over 24 inches and one under 24 inches, with no culling allowed. Integrity remains central to the event, with True North Polygraph administering a test to one randomly selected team member, and additional tests conducted if necessary.

A tournament built on tradition, competition, and the spirit of the Red River—this year’s Boundary Battle promises another unforgettable showdown!
