Flow with Purpose

Flow with Purpose is a yoga in the park series hosted by Verity Health and Wellness. Led by Camille Redmann, co-founder of Verity, each class offers a gentle, accessible yoga practice for all experience levels in a welcoming outdoor setting.

This series is designed to help participants move their bodies, enjoy time outside, and support a meaningful community cause. Participants are asked to bring two canned food items to benefit Northlands Rescue Mission, a local shelter serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Any net proceeds from the series will also be donated to the Mission.

Each ticket includes one entry into the wellness goodie bag raffle. The summer bundle includes all four classes for the price of three and comes with three raffle entries.

Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and canned goods.
