Nature Storytimes
Nature Storytime programs are geared for 3-5 year olds in our Visitor Center Classroom. We will be reading a story, exploring natural items related to the topic, and doing a topic themed craft. Weather permitting, we will try to explore outside in addition to the indoor components.
Under the Pond
Thursday, July 9th, at 10am
Ever wonder what is below the surface of the water? Dive in and explore with Kate Messners’s “Over and Under the Pond.”
Beautiful Butterflies

Frog Frolic
Thursday, July 23th, at 10am
Ever wonder who lives in the pond? In Dr. Suess’s “Would You Rather Be a Tadpole”, we will be adventuring through the animals living in our wetlands and ponds.
This program runs about an hour to hour and a half (depending on attention and outdoor activities). Guardians must stay with participant. Siblings and others are welcome to attend. Vehicle permits are required for all vehicles entering North Dakota State Parks.
