Our amazing Angela Avalos, PT, MPT, a women’s health and pelvic floor specialized Physical Therapist, is here for you within your journey into motherhood. The process of pregnancy and birth have many impacts on the mother’s body, and learning about these changes and how to best manage your health during pregnancy is vital to reduce stress and improve your quality of life. Please join Angela for this one-time class dedicated to your learning during your pregnancy, complete with educational and hands-on components to assist you in feeling comfortable and confident in what to expect with your body when you are expecting.
These one-time classes cost $10, and are held at our 117 N Washington St location on Monday 9/14/26, Monday 10/26/26, or Monday 12/7/26. Class size is capped at 10 participants so that Angela can ensure you are receiving the one on one guidance you need to be successful.
