Grand poutine prepared the Forks way
As everyone knows, gravy makes everything better. Throw on some cheese curds, then place all that yumminess on top of fried taters, and you’ve now taken it to a whole nother level.
In addition to the friendliest neighbors ever, this wicked good culinary concoction is one of my favorite exports from Up North. Thank you, Canada, for introducing us Americans to the world’s most keen poutine!
