Stop here before the big game and pick out some UND Fighting Hawks logo wear that suits you to a tee. There is also an onsite café, if you want to grab a freshly made sandwich, homemade fudge or Starbucks co fee. Special attractions include a nostalgic shooting gallery, Big Buck Hunter simulator, bowling lanes and five-sport simulator (basketball, soccer, hockey, baseball and football) where customers can test their skills.

Thanks to this Eastside eatery, everyone can partake in our famously flavorful Red River Valley potatoes. But that’s not all, they also serve up a variety of mouthwatering burgers and sandwiches to accompany their fabulous fries. 

When dining here on a Saturday or Sunday, The Spud’s Weekend Brunch is a must try! Favorites include Chicken & Waffles, Cinnamon (French) Toast Crunch and Breakfast Poutine: Fresh-cut fries topped with two eggs, sausage country gravy, pepper blend, onion, shredded cheese and bacon. In addition to giving our DI University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks Football team home field advantage, Alerus Center is a 160,000 square foot premier facility that boasts a variety of conventions, expos, sold-out concerts and sports championship games. 

Under the leadership of Coach Bubba Schweigert, UND has become one of the Summit League’s top contenders. Make sure to arrive a couple hours before kick-off to partake in all the Tailgate Village fun complete with a performance by the Pride of the North marching band, plus an array of tasty food and beverages.

If your schedule allows, booking a trip in early September to check out the annual Potato Bowl USA game is highly recommended. In addition to watching the Fighting Hawks take on one of their top rivals, other Potato Bowl happenings include a French Fry Feed & Fireworks Display, Potato Pancake Breakfast, Potato Bowl Parade and arguably the biggest and best Tailgate Party of the season.

Stake your claim to the best meal in town at Harry’s Steakhouse

Raise your forks for the grand opening of Harry’s! Located in the heart of Downtown, this already legendary steakhouse offers a warm, timeless ambience that perfectly accompanies the classic cuisine. In addition to a variety of fine bovine selections, their menu features succulent seafood, superb side dishes, amazing appetizers, decadent desserts and cool cocktails. 

Bar seating is open but to guarantee a table in the restaurant, please make a reservation.

End your victorious evening with a nightcap (or two) and some great live tunes at SouthTown PourHouse. This popular dance club serves up great food and drinks, along with booking some of the best musicians in the upper Midwest.
